MIT? I answered that I was over 50, my favourite subject at school was English and I don't have a degree. I think that the fact that I don't have any friends must have swung it in my favour. Is that the main entry requirement for MIT?

I knew that I am fairly nerdy. I suspect that a lot of members are more deserving of the title High Nerd, though (I mean that as a compliment).
