Hi,

I've been trying to work up the nerve to finally post and introduce myself. Here goes :

My name is Chloe, im a 32 year old trans woman.  Transitioning is a recent occurrence, and a work in progress.  I still have a long way to go, but my most recent accomplishment was coming out to both work and family/friends 100 percent as of May this year!

I hope and look forward to being more involved in the community.
