Just starting out and having that fear of can I do this, am I trans etc. How will I look, am I going to be pretty enough, you know all those unfounded insecurities.
Anyway woke up feeling totally dysphoric and ugly, so and this helps me everyone, I browse through every girl I follow on Instagram.
Without exception they all look beautiful, some glowing even and they all have the same thing going on.

They're happy and smiling.

This gives me the courage I need to face things ahead. May seem small but it's working for me and anything that helps has got to be worth a shot x

Have a great weekend all

You're beautiful hun, I know the feeling, I wake up with the same feelings. I always think of that little voice in my head which tells me negative things about myself, Is a liar. Don't listen to it.

@maybesoph
Dear Sophie:   I applaud you for YOUR positive attitude about looking at others successes as an encouragement to you in your own journey.   Patience is required in transitioning... but do know that HRT and continued efforts on your part to enhance female characteristics such as hair, eyebrows, nails, makeup, voice, movements and gestures, etc will eventually provide more significant personal success.
Continue having courage and determination ... and please keep us all posted with updates.

Hugs, and well wishes,
Danielle

Hi Sophie Wow great attitude under tough circumstances It is so difficult to be positive and drag yourself out of that funk but you seem to have found a way to do that...Those days when the fear just about eats you up are the most difficult but yet you prevail. I applaud your great attitude and perseverance during a really tough time.

Take care

Liz
