Tracheal Shave

I live in Southern Indiana and I cannot find a plastic surgeon or ENT near me who will perform just a tracheal shave by itself. I met with Dr. Chernoff in Indianapolis but he didn't seem to want to perform this surgery alone and he costs too much for my liking. Please if anyone knows a surgeon near Louisville Kentucky then will you let me know. Thanks!

I live very close to louisville I will look around and see what I can find for you. Otherwise one place I can suggest to call and talk to is university of louisville clinics they have so many different surgeons I'm sure they have a tracheal surgeon if not I'm sure they can point you in a better Direction than I could just by looking

I live in western Kentucky. I have mine scheduled for September with Dr. Edds in Owensboro. Very impressed by him during my consultation.

Omg nice, I grew up in Middletown and we live in Jeffersonville now. Arianna we have alot to talk about. Like who do you use from primary and endo. I'm going to see Dr. Folsom with UofL for endo and Dr. Trommler is my PCP. I go to Dr. Joanna Morse and Angela Horn for psychologist. Email me sometime gracefulhat @gmail.com if you want to meet at Panera Bread or somewhere

Thanks cargurl! I'll check Dr. Edds out. Are you near Bowling Green? 2 of my brothers went to WKU and austin Pey. My 3rd brother is stationed at Fort Campbell.

OMG I see Dr Folsom she's so freaking awesome my primary is Dr roberts with Norton medical assc. Here in lagrange lol my therapist is jen Murphy with 7 counties in lagrange they are all great

Something to consider! Find someone to do it with the scar under the chin method. My surgeon reassured me that with her use of the old method that she would hide it in a neck crease. It is way obvious. I saw one done by doctor McGinn, under the chin and it looked amazing compared to mine. Something to think about for someone as young as you.

I'm pretty sure Dr. Edds uses the scar under the chin method. That was the way he described it during my consultation. As he said most people already have a scar there anyway. I know I do.
