Hello all!

Not as popular as you look fabulous darling, but it is interesting to see how some shapes change here and there. So I went ahead and checked the measurements for myself again and saw some drops in numbers, but I also lost some weight. I'm interested in seeing if anyone else wants to do any updates or share some new numbers :). Previously I was around 190lbs and I actually climbed up to 196 at one point :( but then I focused on losing and weight and now I am 184 lbs. My goal is to hit 180lbs steady or maybe go down to 175 lbs if possible. Not sure how much I'd shrink at that point lol. But it would be interesting to see the number changes.

Here is the change!

Rub Rib Cage Measurements:
Top 35"
Middle 39 1/2"
Low 34"

High Thigh: 25"

Waist 33"
Hip 42 1/2"

And here is the previous entry !

Waist 34 1/2"
Hip 43"

5'11"  190lbs? Who knows if I've shrunk in height :( -edit- checked my height @ the gym this morning. Looks like I am still 5'11". Almost looked like I was 5'11" 1/2! So close to 6' :(

The top measurement is right at the top of the rib cage under the arm pits and middle is across the nipples. Low is around the floating ribs.

QuoteAsakawa... Dont let numbers on a tape become too much of a focus... they are just numbers and our appearance is way more governed by how we carry ourself, clothing choices etc.... undo worry about numbers is nothing more than an ingredient in a recipe for anxiety!!!

I am currently...

37 bust
31.5 underbust

28 waist

37 hips

5'8"
138 pounds

Hey Little Sister!...

Here is my post and numbers from the old thread... My numbers are about the same except I'm about 3 pounds lighter... I've been running about 135 lately and underbust is 31" now... I'm almost five years into HRT so not a lot of change....I stand by my previous statement girl... it's fine to track progress but don't let a measuring tape dictate how you feel about yourself... That is a trap best avoided!!!

Onward we go my brave and beautiful sister!!!

Let go of the things that no longer serve you... Let go of the pretense of the false persona, it is not you... Let go of the armor that you have worn for a lifetime, to serve the expectations of others and, to protect the woman inside... She needs protection no longer.... She is tired of hiding and more courageous than you know... Let her prove that to you....Let her step out of the dark and feel the light upon her face.... amg🌸

5'7", 36B-30-38.  Women in my family are a bit pear shaped.  Our weight goes to the butt and thighs, and I am no exception.

Wow it is nice to see all the changes some big and some still about the same. Ashley you are looking even prettier now on your avatar. You almost have that 1:2 hip to waist ratio so that is really huge! My doctor placed me on Progesterone just recently and I am wondering what changes to expect. I don't know how that might change my numbers for 2019. I do feel a little bit more energy with progesterone which is interesting. Hopefully it will help me lose weight down to 180 and maybe even 175lbs. I used to be 176 a long time ago, so I want to get back to it because all the weight makes me tired :(. I like that people still come around to drop a post here and update their entries :) It is nice to see how the body changes based on weight. I think my body type is also pear shape, but I think my mom is more hour glass shape. I don't think I will be able to become and hour glass just because my boobs are small.
