Signed the last bit of paperwork today and finally feel at the point where I can be giddy and completed excited!

I had my consultation with Dr. Meltzer in April 11, 2018 and while we talked about scheduling he mentioned Dr. Ley as an alternative. After having a chat with her and for personal reasons, I decided on doing a zero-depth vaginoplasty and breast augmentation completed at the same time. When I talked to her about scheduling since I was doing zero-depth and required no genital hair removal... I was offered a slot on July 19 only 3 months after my consultation!

I thought I would have had surgery in 2019 with how wait lists usually were but 3 months? Holy cow!

It's been a hectic 3 months of getting everything in order and as I said above, everything is *done*, including having my weight down at where they required me to.

21 months so far since talking to my Dr. about HRT to now... I still can't believe it's actually going to happen.

What really makes me happy? My progress in said 21 months of being at my heaviest vs a couple days ago

Tristy, congratulations - wow you look great and I bet you feel even better than that!  As you know weight management isn't just aesthetic issue, this impacts your health in many ways.

I had stage 1 GCS with Dr. Ley in January and will be having stage 2 + BA a few days from now on July 9.

Yup! I feel a lot better now for the aesthetic *and* health though. Losing that belly to fit into clothing better has been a goal for me lately :D

Zero depth vagioplasty and 600cc silicon breast augmentation was a success yesterday.

Been having lots of rest and tomorrow will be able to start moving around again (thankfully!)

Dr Ley is happy with the operation and what little I have been able to see so far, so am I!

Hey... I've had that matching green shirt when I was in Scottsdale, where did you get that?   :P

Update!

Discharged from the hospital today and relaxing back at the hotel nearby.

Drains were removed yesterday and two days from now the stuffing will be removed. Depending on progression the catheter may be taken then too but most likely friday!

It's been a lot of sleeping to recover but everything positive going for me still. Went from dilantin drip to oxycodone and beginning to phase from oxy to ibuprofen.

Onwards and upwards :D

I last saw mine hanging on the chair in the tub. Did not want to wear it anymore! Lol

Thanks for the update Trisity

Glad to hear you are recovering well and you pain is well controlled. Those meds will make you sleepy as well but its early days yet and plenty of time to take it easy and recover.

Congratulations Trisity!  You look happy in the photo, as you should be.  The healing will seem to plod along for a bit then it will accellerate and before you now it, all is good!
But now old friends they're acting strange
They shake their heads, they say I've changed
Well something's lost, but something's gained
In living every day.

One week today!

Been exploring the Scottsdale area, especially the goodwills. Found some goodies already :D

Endurance is slowly increasing and getting used to being out and about to not just lay in bed. Center of balance is fine already but to walk normally without a painful waddle I have to walk holding my crotch basically.

I feel like a child doing the pee dance but dangit it works!   :D
