When did T make you start to feel better?

I'm defining "feel better" as "not feeling like wanting to crawl out of your skin and die" anymore.

I have it so bad right now I haven't even been posting.  :-X

I start gel in two days.

The same day. It had an immediate effect of making me able to get to sleep quickly, and my sleep quality was better that same night; my general anxiety was gone (intrusive neurotic thoughts were completely gone) within a day or two and my depression within a month. I started to feel less dysphoric about the body etc. within a week as well. Within the first month my problems with occasional sore joints and leg artery issues (from low estrogen) were all gone, migraines and ice pick headaches were a thing of the past, and general muscle soreness after exercise (DOMS) as well as regular-but-spontaneous back pain was pretty much all gone.

But I should mention that my endocrine system was not functioning normally, I had very low levels of estrogen (too low for female functions) and the speed at which testosterone worked on me was probably a result of the fact my normal functions were already shut down. People with normal functions might have to wait longer I suppose.

Hello! Know that the wait is worth it, my friend. I started feeling better a few weeks in. When I got my first major voice cracks and downstairs growth, about 4-6 weeks after my first shot, my anxiety and depression lessened greatly. You're going to do great!

Thanks, guys.  ;D

I'm on my fourth day and starting was just like shutting off the switch for all those awful thoughts and feelings in my head. I love reading and usually read a few books a month, but I haven't been able to read at all for more than six months because my dysphoria was so bad.

Since I started T, I've been chilling out and reading, shooting the breeze with my coworkers (which I have literally NEVER DONE), and sleeping like a champ.

It surprised me when I realized I haven't thought about dying since I started, and that made me realize how much I thought about dying before I was on it.  :-\

I felt like I used to be permanently afraid and panicked over nothing and now I am so calm... it's awesome.
