I'm doing research for a play I'm writing about a MTF transsexual. I have all the "clinical" research I need, but I haven't talked to any actual transsexuals. If you have read this, give me something about your life or TS life in general. Anything is appreciated. I'm having trouble because I need to accurately represent the experience of changing sex - something I have never experienced. Thank you.

On the other hand they will show you the feeling of hope and victory when someone is following his/her heart against the whole system.

Go out and talk to people in real life, a screenplay, based on a story, is twice removed from real life, and over dramatized.  See if there is a support group or political group near you that might be willing to let you interview some real people.
