Well whatever it is normal must be overrated.   

Normal is what the majority of people that share a defined set (or one characteristic) is or have. What is the normal white cell count? 1500 to 4000 per mm3. Why? Because thats what most people have without experiencing symptoms of disease, that's in the middle of the Gauss curve. What is the normal type of music that a 15 year old in Ghana listens to?  No idea, but probably not Irish rebel songs. How many action figures is it normal to have? For a kid maybe 20, for an adult 0 to 2 (?). Normal just depends on what the majority does.

Normal does not equal good and abnormal.does not equal bad (it could be concerning in a medical sense and require further studies but it is not always pathological)

normal: a concept made up to enforce conformity and alienate those who are atypical. When questioning pro-normal people, they tend to respond to the query of 'what is normal' with silence of 'uuuugh. Yes there are typical behaviours (the need to eat, sleep) and some conventions we have in society based on empathy (not killing each other hurting or robbing each other because we wouldnt want that to happen to ourselves) but overall, many things are simply bizarre ideas we have like colours for particular sexes, interests being restricted to age, fashion sense etc.
