My names Gillian, although im still living as Graham at this time. Im 53 and ive just started the long road. Although im taking estrogen. Ive been fighting myself for years, ive had two wives and both relationships failed. I know its because of being transgender and trying to live a life in denial. I prefer being fem and im fem inside.  My mother who ive just told of my feelings, doesnt want to know, she just keeps saying whats your son going to think,he will be so dissapointed and upset. Hes 30 just married hell be ok.    im over the moon making the moves forward  . 12 years in the forces, brought up my son myself and waited until he was grown up to let my life changing feelings and natural self bloom, at last im happy.
