Hi everyone

I'm Abi (on the inside). I'm living with Gender Dysphoria.

I've recently been open with myself about this I'm still trying to find my way. I've tried a few other support sites and they seem rather immature and unhelpful for me. Through Google I stumbled across Susan's Place and I like what I see so I want to give it a try.

Long story short. I'm Married, Wife knows I'm having identity issues and I'm currently waiting to speak to a Psychologist (had initial assessment last week).

I don't want to bore you all with a massive essay of my journey so far. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all.

Thank you for introducing yourself.   
I am glad that you have become a member of Susan's Place and that you have shared your introductory posting with other members here on the Forums.
I am thinking that you may lots more questions and concerns, this is the right place for you to be to find out what others have done that may have been in your circumstances.
 
Be aware that there are a lot of members here that can identify with what you may be going through.

I see that our very lovely member  @V M  has already welcomed you but also please allow me now to also warmly WELCOME you to Susan's Place.  You will find this a safe and friendly place to share with others  and to read about others similar trials, tribulations, and successes.
It is nice that you had signed up so you can share with others and involve yourself with some give and take with other members.
When frustrated or if you have successes you can share it here if you wish and receive support from others and offer support to others. ....

Thank you all for such a warm welcome.

All I really wanted was a safe space where I can share what I'm experiencing and gather other peoples experiences. I'm already starting to get this and it's great.
