Difficult question. Most surgeons complete everything in one step, or for those like Meltzer who do the two-step deal, they set everything up the first time to be ready when it's time for the second operation. So, IMHO, probably just about any "name" SRS doctor out there will have the same aptitude (that is, rather little) to correct the work done by another. I would just e-mail all the big names out there that you can get in touch with what they can do. What are your limitations? Are you willing to go outside of North America? If not, I'd say you've got a pretty short list (Bowers, Meltzer, Brassard, in no particular order).
