Support for Same Sex Marriage in Vermont up 8%

Per Vermont's WPTZ (crossposted to Vermont's Green Mountain Daily):

    MONTPELIER, Vt. --  A majority of nearly 7,000 Vermonters completing opinion surveys on Town Meeting Day said they favor same-sex marriage. 54-percent said they support allowing gay couples to marry while 37-percent were opposed.

Hmmm.... perhaps some day, the right wing strategy to hijack presidential elections with this gay marriage thing won't work any more.  I wonder what they'll come up with next?  It will always involve some hateful/religious thing against some minority.
