I was at a conference with a non profit organization this weekend. I decided to be myself and came out to the gang.

"How exciting!"
"How long does transition take?"
"Was it hard to get a referral?"
"How long did you have to wait?"

These were some of the questions I got. Noone was surprised or denied me.

This is a nice victory pic of me in my room before dinner.

In two weeks it is time for the next organization to know the truth. This is getting easier and easier.  :D

Every coming-out is a victory worthy of congratulations.  But they get easier, and soon they will be fun.  Way to go!

Yay Tony!

I'll be honest, from the picture, I can't believe anyone could have been too surprised! X

Thank you people!

No. Noone was very much surprised. It's all in my head. I need to see myself as the guy I am in my soul. But my head sees all the signs that make me look woman and then dysphoria hits me and I get low self esteem.

I have my first appointment in two weeks. I can't wait. *excited*

Congratulations Tony! Sounds like you are taking all the right steps. Getting so much support and positive reactions is certainly wonderful and affirming.
