IglooAustralia

Hi everyone! Three days from now i will be undergoing my facial feminization surgery and i thought maybe i should write some sort of "dairy" to document the process of getting facial feminization surgery, since i did also read some similar posts in the past and they did help me to have a better understanding of what the entire process looks like. So hopefully this might help out somebody out there who is considering FFS.

So in one day, i will be traveling to Belgium where i will be undergoing facial feminization surgery with dr. Bart van de Ven. I choose dr. Bart because i think he is really good with bone work, if not currently the best at forehead 3 reconstruction. Since i can't get my entire face done at once, i decided to do my FFS in two parts. In the first part i will be getting the things that i think would feminize my face the most which are: Forehead reconstruction (with a brow lift and hairline lowering), rhinoplasty and a lip lift.

Here is my before photo:

And this a simulation of how i might look like after:

I know the simulation looks too good to be true, but if i look at least 80% of that after, i'm going to be happy.

Anyways tomorrow i'm having my consultation with the doctor to talk things over before the surgery so i might write a short summary of how my consultation went, and the day after is already my surgery so hopefully, that goes well too. So yea, this is all for now and i hope the text way readable because i know my English isn't that great. :p

Hi, I think it's clear that even 80% of a match to the "after" will be a success. I've consideres doing ffs in 2 parts as well. I can't tell what the upper lip lift does here (probably more noticable in front view) but the forhead and nose combo looks great to me.
Good luck!!

are you planning to do the forehead type III? that way you can push back your protruding middle area to maximum. I did the non type III type and Im thinking of redoing it with type III

I look forward to reading how you get on with Dr Bart van de Ven.  I met him this evening and he seems to instil a lot of confidence.  Their set-up in Antwerp also looks very impressive.  I'm just making up my mind whether to go ahead with him next year

Antwerp seems to be a popular destination for FFS. I went with Dr Noorman van der Dussen also located there. I'm going to write a full review when I get home in a couple of weeks. So far only positive things to say.

FFS: Dr Noorman van der Dussen, August 2018 (Belgium)
SRS: Dr Suporn, January 2019 (Thailand)
VFS: Dr Thomas, May 2019 (USA)
