My name is Tiffany and I have been on H.R.T. for Two years so far. I have done everything I needed to do to get BOTH letters for Orchiectomy and full S.R.S. against much adversity. My Orchiectomy was Completed the beginning of last month and with it came Freedom to finally be myself fully without worrying about things ever going backwards. I no longer use Spironolactone and Continue with daily Finasteride and Estradiol Valerate I.M. injections every 14 days in my mid thigh muscles and am most definately in Tanner three. Since I changed my name from my Male name to Tiffany in Supreme Court and Changed my Gender Marker to Female last year in New York State, I am a WOMAN. I wanted to post my photo but see thats not possible. Its also not possible to share the social network I use in place of facebook. Anyway, I have enjoyed this site for over a year and decided to sign up and now can Not complete my Profile. LOL.
I am developing nicely and people are starting to notice. Now I Spread the magic helping other M2F Women who find themselves stuck, to get positioned to continue moving Forward in this process. I am 58 and broke free late in life. Its the Best thing I ever did. I should also note I had hypertension before surgery and now my blood pressure is healthy normal without blood pressure medications. Never Ever Surrender , Compromise or Give Up Ever. Live Life Fully Being who You are and may all your dreams become reality. Luv, Miss Tiffany.

   I'm pleased for you.  You've made tremendous progress (and I suspect you have overcome some difficult problems to do so).  So, here's a "You Go, Girl!" just for you.

  I'm in a bit different corner of the playground -- closet CD -- and also a bit "later in life".  But no matter.  I suspect that you may have once been somewhere nearby, once upon a time.

  So browse around some, there are interesting and informative things here.  Also some really neat people.

You exude the euphoria that I feel like I've learned, but I am not on HRT yet, so it is just an amazing thing to hear how you're finally YOU! Something many are here, already, and many more are hoping to be one day.

I, too, stumbled upon Susans' and lurked for awhile. This really is a great community for asking questions, giving advice, comforting one another, having fun, and also good for venting lol
