I'm new on Susan's Place. I'm Giorgi, from Italy. I was wondering if anyone experienced could give advises about how to enlarge clit, particularly with creams or permanent method (not pump).

I'm no currently under T, and it's not my priority now. I just did top surgery and willing to continue with clit enlargement, eventually hysterectomy. Times ago I started to research about how to obtain body changes through natural supplements, even small changes. As many of you might experience in your own country - to get surgery done, in Italy you have to take T and have reassignment papers done, something which I profoundly disagree with from a political point of you, so I'm trying to do my way.

So to go back to the first pourpose, which is the right cream? did any of you experienced something bad taking it? how do I get it in european area, or eventually from other places? my goal would be to collect info and find the way to get the cream without prescription. I think in Italy they don't even sell it anymore

I have heard of topical application causing clit growth but normally it's not done until you have had sufficient growth from testosterone as it involved DHT which among other things can cause hair loss. Most people prefer to have a full head of hair so it's desirable to minimize exposure to DHT. A secondary problem with you plan is without either testosterone or estrogen in you body, you risk the loss of calcium from your bones possibly causing serious health issues. The treatment plans where put together with some serious thought so it's possible to transition with minimal risk to you health. It might be wise to re evaluate what your considering.

Honestly, I'm not so sure those creams and whatnot really work.  I heard people swear by them, but they simply could be experiencing their junk becoming erect instead of actually growing.

I'm not sure you can get actual enlargement without going on testosterone.  And like Dena mentioned, without either estrogen or testosterone in your body, you risk bone depletion leading to osteoperosis and brittle bones.

It really isn't worth the risk to your health (or wallet!) if you ask me.

If you get bottom surgery which I don't see happening since you need to be on testosterone for at least 2 years, they would release your clitoris from the pubic bones which hold the clitoris in place. You could get a centimeter or two but it doesn't really add on.

You need testosterone if you want to see bottom growth and once you do start testosterone you can pump your clitoris. If you ever plan having sex or just pleasuring yourself, you would need to pump your clitoris to enlarge it. It doesn't stay enlarged and you would have to pump it on a regular base if you want to see bottom growth.
