Just curious, does anyone know if your GP can perscribe for you or are you pretty much needing to go through Klinic or a Therapist? I know my doc is LGBT friendly so would so much rather come out to her than someone random doc when the time comes.

Thanks!

I personally started with my GP. Often they know the specialists to contact as well. It won't hurt to ask.

A GP can prescribe if they are willing.  However, they may not feel that they have the necessary knowledge or experience to monitor your hormone levels for transition.

It certainly can't hurt to ask.
