Hello there

During my collagen intake , I noticed when there is scratches and scar, the wound heal so well leaving no nasty sign,
so I was wondering during the recovery period from srs, will the would heal too well that it causes loss of depth, considering if I follow doctor's instruction about dilating

thank you everyone

No. There is debate about how well collagen "supplements" work, but I can't imagine they would cause loss of depth unless you don't follow the doctor's instructions on dilating.

Hi,

My doctor told me to increase protein intake and eat extra calories and not ice cream (she actually told me to not eat ice cream but to eat healthy). 80 plus percent of skin is collagen. Using the dilators keeps the wound open and stretched while it heals. Hydrolyzed collagen is absorbed well in our systems. Bone broth is good to consume too.
