Hi, hope you girls are doing okay. So I'm 18 and from Asia and never met a trans person, or pretty much seen them. It was 2 years ago when I saw a documentary about trans women which kinda attracted me and I don't know why but I thought and still a big part of me thinks it's a fantasy. This thoughts came back but mostly it does go away, but it's got a bit stronger now I guess so I tried lipstick, heels and panties. I don't know, but the feeling when I was wearing them were not weird as I first thought.

So in summary I'm not sure if I'm trans yet and don't know what I must do but I just thought maybe connecting with likeminded people may help me, so here I am hoping to find my self and make a few friends down the line.

Welcome, Shanellax.

This is a great place to explore the idea of being transgender.  Only you can decide if you are or not, but feel free to ask about people's experiences.  I would also recommend seeing a gender therapist to explore your feelings.

Shanellax,
Welcome to Susan's Place!

This is a great community to read about other peoples experiences and realizations about who they are! I can bet that you will be able to find someone who has gone through, or is going through the same questions you are.

Talking to a therapist if you can is always a great place to start.
Whether you are interested more in just cross dressing or realize that you are transgender, they will be able to help you explore things and we will be more than happy to support you on your journey!
She believed she could so she did!

The continuing story of my new life!

Thanks for the welcome, I'm not sure about wanting to see a therapist for now but we'll see how things go. Hope you're doing okay!

What a great age for you to be exploring your gender identity! And this is a great place to do it, where many people have done the same, and arrived at various answers. We all welcome your thoughts, questions, and concerns.

Hi Shannellax! Welcome to Susan's!

18 is a great age to start exploring this sort of thing. I'm not much older than you (I'm 23) and I have been exploring myself for about 3 years. I admit, it might feel strange at first (but not a bad strange. Just a different strange).

I do hope you'll find yourself comfortable here. Everyone I've talked to on here has been very open and accepting since I joined, not too long ago.

If you have any questions, we are all here for you!

Hi janna,
Thanks for the welcome and yeah I was kinda afraid to even open an account but just wanted to see how things go. I'm from a place where there really isn't a lot of open mindedness regarding lgbt. I really have a lot of questions  in my mind and hope I can find friends on here :)
  •

JannaLM

Well if you are looking for open minded people, then look no further!

We are here to help everyone else here, and now that you've arrived, we will help and support you too! (Just so long as you do the same for us girlfriend.  ;))

Hey Shanellax!

Nice to meet you :)
You can easily find some friends here because, well, all of us quite friendly and willing to help if we can :) Though we probably will have troubles with gathering in cafe every day but feel free to share your thoughts and concerns whenever you need ;)

And yeah, it's only you who can learn if you trans or not. Here you can find a lot of stories about transitioning, some stories about de-transitioning or not transitioning, you will learn that it's great age to explore such question but you can do it even later - we here have people of quite wide age range :D You also can try to find gender therapist if there is any friendly in your place. Try to find some local groups if you not sure. But hey, even therapist can only help you in your research (and probably state that you don't have mental diseases), all decisions is yours.

Anyway, welcome here :) Have a nice jorney :)
