Hi Mara

I'm not going to argue with you I am 5' 3" and weighed 98 lbs for a good many years then went down to 85 lbs for a few years just before I began going full time 8 years ago. I didn't realise it but because of stress and hating who I was I kind of forgot to eat and went down to 85lbs.
Well now I am up to 130lbs and I have this dreadful pot I wish I could get rid of, but I am afraid to fall in to my old pattern if I try to loose weight. Well for a remedy to this Wing Walker and I have taken to walking every day. Well the good thing is that I didn't have all that much muscle before because of extreme weight loss, but I do have some fat where it should be. As for your weight I believe that this is something for you to think about and not for anyone else to harass you about.

Haha seriously mara.  I get crap for it probably at least three times a week on minimum.  I just want to scream at them and be like OMGOSHSHSHS shut up already I don't care!!!  Anyways though I have no doubt that you can be healthy and underweight or right on the verge of it.  It's in some peoples genes, and it's difficult to stuff yourself all day everyday. . . not to mention expensive for us people who are poor

Besides I'm with you.  We'll both probably be fat in another ~15 years lol.  My brother keeps reminding me of that hehe.  Anyways, looking good as always mara!  Making everyone jealous as usual probably too

well basicly i have the same question...
So i opted not to open separate topic. I was born a boy but i also always knew
i was in fact a female, girl or whatever you wish to call it.
But i kept silent about my feelings, rarely even mentioning it to anyone. At the
beginning of puberty at some 12-14yo i learnt that there are many more like me
so it was like abvious... i am a transsexual, it all made sense...
I statrted therapy and was refered to endo some time later. Endo ordered some
tests, including ultrasound of gonads. it revealed u small lump, a tumor so i had it
removed some time ago. After some time a pathological analysis was complete on
my removed teticle, and it stated it contained large amount of "estrogen producing
tissue" whatever that is... and also traces of smth (some parts of gonads) that
suggested "shifting from one gonad to another in embrional development".
My karyotype is 46,XY. My hormone levels before the tumor was discovered were
abnormal for male with FSH and prolactine very high, LH and estradiol high and T low
but normal.
I have notcably underdeveloped genitalia (my crotch really looks empty when i wear pants)
even though i am quite male looking (i'd say some 65%male 35%female) i
can' stop wondering abou posibly beeing intersexed.
I get the feeling that my doctors don't know or don't want to get themselves
involved in something they are not familiar with, and basicly rely only on karyotype.
Any suggestion, information, or guideline is highly appreciated 🙂

Hi Mari. This irritates me to no end. I don't know beans about being intersexed, but I have known at least three of the girls here that have experienced the similar problem as you, just this past winter. I really don't know why these Dr's react unconcerned about such a situation. I just know that legally your regular health insurance should cover corrective surgery in a hospital. I don't know if that is why they drag their feet. But I have also heard that this could also create some serious complications when you get older if not looked after. Now all I have said here is only what I have heard others say on this board, not the end all and be all. I can only suggest that you get a second opinion from a specialist. If this problem should be looked after.

i think that they believe i am just a regular "T" girl making this up, to some point,
just to justify myself  i am from small developing country, where beeing
even gay or lesbian, let alone trans, gender queer, intersex is considered a big deal...
i am just really anxious to start my transition regardless weather it is sex assignment
or sex re-assignment..
Even though i am precieved as a male, or efeminate male at this point i have mixed
secondary sex characteristics... I am 6'1'', somewhat overweight,  with planty of body
hair and prominent facial hair, but also i alway (since my childhood) had some degree
of gynecomastia, and hips wide beyond any male proportion, and .... ehm a really
big butt  😛 but some of doctors i deal with ignore that and just look at body hair and
karyotype...
I mean, i am transitioning anyway, but i would really love to know am i trans or intersexed....
