As the title mentions, I'm looking for suggestions regarding underwear (mostly panties, I'm good with tops  )!

I always tuck when going out to work or activities, it does, however, get uncomfortable sometimes, notably if I sit for too long as it seems to tighten my panties on my tuck and results in irritation... 

Or sometimes, my scrotum will ''spill over'' my underwear and get chafed by the seams of my panties. This one situation is very painful and prompts me to fix my tuck!

Irritation is mostly around the base of my junk, around the lower bikini part and is also worse when I'm shaved down there...   

I've started letting my junk hang out untucked at home to let my irritations heal since.



I currently have hipster cotton panties, one set a size smaller and the other my size. They do have seams... should I opt for seamless ones? Or maybe another kind of material? What do you girls use?

As for gaffes, I don't know... most I've seen seem to be of sexual nature... I'm not interested in having a fake v-g-g nor showing a cameltoe... I just want to make it flat! I do own a gaffe but it creates a unsightly cameltoe bulge... 

By the way, I'm pre-HRT, if it is of any help!

I am on hormones I have not had the surgery yet so I do have to talk every time I go out and I find microfiber bikini briefs to be very comfortable they're tight yet there loose if that makes any sense there not overly tight here's a picture to explain so basically they're very comfortable and snug yet they're also flexible so they don't hurt

I think I'll try my luck with microfiber briefs, and take a good look at the crotch width! Think I'll go with seamless as well! 

Always open for more suggestions though! 

Microfiber works well. They do get quite warm in my opinion. I don't think they breath well. Same idea, with cotton could be a good alternative.

I've had good success with the microfiber bikinis also.  Think mine are Hanes though.  One size smaller than I'd wear if I didn't need to stay in place. Bikini style has the right crotch width, butt coverage, and waistband  comfort for me.

Pre-hrt I used some athletic tape to help keep the beans in place until things got more comfortable.

I honestly have not used tape since I started tucking it's really not giving me no problems that's what I do love about the microfiber

I make my own gaffs, the wider crotch is very helpful. I am about 5 months on hrt and haven't seen any reduction in larger than average size yet. If you are looking at gaffe for regular use avoid anything that has a seam across the crotch, and wider waistbands will reduce irritation, but also hold well with less stretch. For the most part they are easy to make in under an hour with minimal sewing skills and a basic machine.

I bought a few pairs of panties on etsy at the shop LeoLines. She makes intimates for transgender women specifically.  They actually can be custom made to your size and oddly they don't require tucking at all to look pretty decent. I still tuck when I need to but there've been times when I don't and there's very little bulge showing if any.

I used to wear a gaff often when I was younger.  I remember it being more painful, and I had to train my testes to be internal.  Now though it's second nature.  Still though, this weekend I decided to order a gaff again to see how I like it.  I remember it making me very flat.  I loved it.  I got lazy and haven't tucked in quite a while, but find it much easier now.  Amazon has shaping gaffs, btw.  This is the kind I ordered.  Not only do they make you flat, but also with a hit of camel toe.  I can't wait to try.

I have been on HRT for almost 2 yrs now and am pre op. My "Junk" lmao has shrunk so small that I don't have to tuck anymore. My testicles are so small they stay up in their canals and my scrotum has shrunk. My other part looks more like a clit about the size of half of a finger so all I have to do is just pull up my panties and I'm ready to go. It all kind of self tucks.

Since I brought up getting a gaff, I figure I should report back on using it.  I bought two shaping gaffs.  These not only give you a flat front, but also give the shape of labia.  I like the idea, but feel they aren't tight enough.  Don't get me wrong, they are tight in front, and they give you the flat area you want, but where you tuck it's kind of a pocket where the labia shape is.  Maybe they are used to more endowed trans women, but i don't need 90% of this pocket.  I'm finding myself wearing panties, and tucking so I'm kept close to the skin, and then wearing the gaff.  This is probably overkill.  I should just tuck with tight panties.  If anybody else has been in this situation and has a different solution, I'm all ears.  I do like the look and feel of the shaping gaffe, I find myself wearing it 24/7.  Just closing my legs gives a pleasant feeling of something there that isn't the genitals I was born with.

I actually did try one gas and it did not have enough room for me so I stuck to just panties it's easier and a lot more comfortable

So, yours was a non shaping one?  I'm thinking it's the shaping ones that have too much room, or maybe I'm tiny down there.  I didn't think I was, but maybe:)

I am probably like you, not all that much left most of the time.  I am not able to push my testes up into the canals, it hurt me to much.  Those little things hurt to the touch.  I don't care if one can see only a flat surface or not (I have zero dysphoria for my genitales), but I  try to keep them in place so so won't hurt when I don't watch how I sit down.  Would those contraptions hold them nicely in place and out of the way?

Well the one that I got has a shape to it but it looks kind of like a bubble in the front if that makes any sense at all it's really uncomfortable

I didn't like the gaffe I've ordered from Amazon, I've just stuck to panties ever since...

I've bought a set of microfiber bikini brief panties Tonya suggested and I love them! Comfort is like day and night compared to the cotton panties I had before! Tucking strength isn't as strong, but if I feel like I need a little bit more tucking strength I just pull up a size under cotton underwear over them. 

I've also ordered some underwear at Leolines, I should be receiving them before the end of the month. Can't wait!

You know I have that same problem born decent sized and once the hormones really start to kick in from being on HRT you lose your sex drive and yes everything shrinks down there so it's amazing unfortunately everything still works down there guess you just can't help everything
