I too was well endowed. A little over 10 inches before I started HRT and now less than 2. I haven't had an erection in almost 2 yrs thank goodness.

I don't miss having erections or having orgasms. But I do still get turned on just not in the same way I used to as a male. Now when I get turned on I get turned on all over not just in the groin area.

Once in a while I get the idea to do a little manipulation down there for some fun.  But either something else comes up, or I can't get hold of enough "material" down there, and I forget about it again for a month or two.
I think one could call this to be a libido that is not really there anymore, just the memory of it is still alive!

I don't get really turned on anymore either.  I purposely watch porn once in a while.  Male organs turn me off on the spot, I just think they are as ugly as can be, and with females I seem to be checking out their bodies to find flaws more than anything else.  I enjoy pretty female bodies a lot, and enjoy seeing naked female bodies, but it is less for sexual stimulation (because that is not working), but for the beauty and aesthetics of a pretty female.  Almost similar to a nice painting or sculpture.  I see the beauty, but not the sexuality.

Dietlind, you are lucky there, they shrunk down for you and you can still stand to pee.

I don't know if this applies for every MtF, but I for one have never went to pee while standing for what has been at least 2 years. I can't stand the urine splashing everywhere!

I t is just a matter of how wide can you spread your legs.  Mine are nice and long, and I can always stand outside of the splashed on section!
I sit down on any private toilette.  My mother made sure of that, she did not want to clean up after my father and I!

I've been tucking now for a couple weeks.  I did buy a couple gaffes to do this with, however, I didn't like how the gaffes were not tight enough where I tuck.  Instead I have been wearing my favorite tight panties.  I've noticed something though.  The more I do this the easier it is.  Another person posted that they kind of self tuck now.  This is definitely a thing.  It starts to feel natural to be tucked.  I've noticed less function as well, so when getting hard, it stays tucked, and is more semi, less is better imo.  Anyway, I recommend just tucking with tight panties.

I've been tucking with a new set of microfiber bikini briefs then pulling up my shapewear undies, seals the deal right there!

Ever since switching to microfiber I haven't seen much irritation, exept the times when the tuck needs to be fixed but that's rare nowadays!

And by tucking itself I get the feeling, I don't have to pull my undesirable bits back anymore I just make sure my undies are well placed so they don't chafe my scrotum. 

Still waiting on the Leolines panty I've ordered. I'm very curious about them! Should be delivered by the end of the month I'll give an update on them!
