Transgender Man Pregnant?

It's what we have come to expect in a world of science fiction, however this man claims he is now pregnant and to prove it he and his wife went on the Oprah Show to tell the world!

Maybe it's just me, but I struggle with this topic. How can a person be born a "girl" grow into a "Woman" and then claim to be a Man, worse still a pregnant one.  What are the ramifications of this to a World that has become increasingly more unsettled, more and more we see the unusual and it's not good.
