Heya!

I have an appointment to meet my doctor for HRT for the first time tommorrow morning. I'm kind of scared. I don't like doctors and people I don't know and I don't like people I don't know knowing things I'd rather they not knew.... know what I mean? X)

I guess my question is... what happens on the first visit? What should I prepare for??

i think it varies for every doctor...

mine went over my history and answered any questions i had.  i also did blood work.

don't worry it'll go really well... i was nervous/scared before i went too... but everything turned out great.

Whew, its over. For anyone wondering the same question my doctor talked to me a little then stuck me with needles ;_; Blood work, like you said. Also a physical exam, so uncomfortable x). Besides that it was smooth, like a regular doctor visit, blood pressure checking and breathing and all that.
