Oh is that something else to look forward to!?

I can't help right now, it's too early, (I am like 7 days into it, ha) but I will let you know if it happens.

It started two weeks ago and I thought it was my lack of salt. I've increased my salt intake and I know I have to be within the limit. It is more like a sore over worked muscle but honestly I've not been working out. I've only been stretching and waist training.

I am approaching the 1 year mark since my decision to transition, and I am celebrating my 6th month on hrt.

I underwent the 'hip rotation' about 16 months into HRT last year, as changes in connective tissue led to my hips shifting position.  Uncomfortable for a few months, with some hip pain as muscle stretched and I re-learned some movement, and it cost me an inch in height!
Earth my body, water my blood, air my breath and fire my spirit.

My personal transition path included medical changes.  The path others take may require no medical intervention, or different care.  We each find our own path. I provide these dates for the curious.

Wow, you shrank. 5'4" here I come.

Just the boobs, but I have to say the growth is not proportionate to the pain. ;)

The pain seems to be proportional to the size of the breast bud. My marble sized buds doubled in size and so has the pain.

I was 6 foot in high school and through out a large part of adulthood. Since the start of hrt, I am down to 5 foot 10 inches.

A couple of months ago, I got this dull ache that wouldn't go away in my hips. I don't exercise at all and I've heard hrt doesn't affect hips. Well they are mine! I was walking with a noticeable limp for about a week before the pain went away. Now I'm achy/really stiff in my upper legs/butt/hips that's just come on in the last day or two. It's so bittersweet because the aches and pains aren't fun but the changes I want are happening!

I thought breast tissue is different than fat though? I mean it is similar though.
I've had pain in my upper body and my backbone. I'm not sure about my hips

There is some fat in the boobs otherwise overweight people would not have bigger boobs.
Some of my hip pain may be because I stretch to open my hips.

I actually get the same hip pain whenever I'm stretching or opening my legs it feels like my hip is dislocating really that's the best way I can describe it it feels like the bones down there have changed and I don't think that's possible because I'm 38 I've already went through puberty and all my bones are set I think unless the hormones can actually change that

From my knowledge, the ligaments change and the pelvis tilts back. I believe this is why women's lower back arches and men's do not. If it tilts enough it may look like the butt is sticking out.

Then that also explains why it feels like my lower body sticks further back
