One of the signs that led me to come out MtF was recognizing my fantasies during self-pleasure is focused on the desire to be a girl, a woman who is in the submissive role. These fantasies are still present even more so that I have accepted my feminine side.

I learned that as a male it was important to pleasure a woman during sex, to ensure the experience was satisfying for her, not just for me. I understood both people have to enjoy the experience. Getting to climax was always difficult for me and sometimes I would never climax at all. That was frustrating. I fantasize that I am the woman now who is pleasured by either a man or a woman. I am not attracted to men but still would like to feel how to be treated as a woman during sex.
