I am sorry to hear about your post-op difficulties.  In the first year after your surgery 2010-2011 did you dilate on a schedule recommended by your original surgeon?  Also I am curious if you are currently using a dilator on a regular frequency (once per week, or less often)?  I don't want personal information, but I am asking in case this might help determine ways to help.

The United States has a few excellent SRS/GCS surgeons (that's where I had mine) but the price is expensive.  I agree with the recommendation from warlockmaker to also consider a surgical revision in Thailand.

This type of surgical revision is very specialized and you need to avoid additional damage.  Since you are probably not going to be using health insurance to help with costs, I think your best option is find a good GCS/SRS surgeon in Thailand.  The clinic warlockmaker recommended has an excellent reputation, and there are a few others in Bangkok.
