I haven't had a chance to talk to my clinician since its the weekend, so I thought I'd ask you guys about this.  I've been having weird tightness, cramping, and kind of exhaustion in my calves. Now I know I walk a lot and I stand all day(dog groomer), but this occurs even at the beginning of the day, like waking up and walking (the 5-10 minute walk)to the bus stop. And it's just in my calves, no other muscles. My thighs and arms have been gaining a little muscle mass, but not hurting like this. Oh, I've been on T for 2 months.

Has anyone else had this experience?

Try eating more bananas, nuts, legumes and mushrooms, it might be a potassium or magnesium imbalance. Take time regularly throughout the day to stretch those muscles. You could also just have growing pains. Remember muscle, ligaments, tendons all grow at different rates on T. Check it out at the doctor though.

I know that I had that type of pain for a long time but now that I think of it I haven't had it in a couple of years. Oh well.

Thanks guys. I'll watch my diet more carefully, admittedly it hasn't been very healthy lately. This was just getting to the point of frustration with my job and how much I have to walk. They seem to have calmed down since I posted this, oddly enough. Haven't had any out of the ordinary pain.

I had them too - took some calcium/magnesium supplements and they went away. Now when they come back, I eat bananas and that seems to do it.

I get those all the time
I had to stop walking for like 10 minutes
and I was only walking for a few blocks.
And it's ONLY in my calves.

I've been on since middle february

It's probly the growth rate as mentioned above

I have a good guess that happens to alot of people on t, maybe more often in younger users because the body is not completley finished growing and the t is slightly more effective at growing the muscles

But yeah it really hurts it's been happening to me for like weeks now :(

I concur.  These are most likely the growing pains that most bio males experience during puberty.  The effect of testosterone on the body causes accelerated growth which in turn causes great stress on the body.  The calves are one of the most frequently stressed muscles in the body, taking on much of the burden involved in walking and standing.  This is probably why you are feeling pain there most.
