After almost 4 years of HRT, I have reached Tanner stage 5 breast growth. I have size 42D breasts, no surgery of any sort. Natal female size nipples and areola growth, recessed to the rest of the breast curve. I'd like to go down to 38 band size after losing some weight. But all in all I am very fortunate to have this growth between 25-29 years old. 🙂

A lot of life has been difficult for me in the last few years, but I will take the successes and good things when I can get them. This is one of them. 🙂

I've heard that most never get past tanner 2. I never did understand the main difference between stage 2 and 3.

I think that i am between Tanner III and IV, but I can't get my pubic hair look like the pictures show!  I am max a II in that field!

I wish I'd been this lucky. I am a stage III after taking estrogen for five years, starting at the age of 20. I guess my breast development is slightly lesser due to me being thin. I've never weighed more than 74kg and am 185cm.

I took a peek today when I got out of the shower. Both look like their gonna be solid 3s shortly.

that sounds like a great height to weight ratio.

Judging from that chart, I'd be a III, possibly IV.  I haven't started hormones yet, but I am on dutasteride, which can cause breast growth.  I can't say for certain, but they do seem to be larger than a couple of years ago.  I nicely fill a 38A bra.

@ ~10 months I'm a solid three .. and I do mean solid.

I have rounding on the top of my breasts and the charts/links do not address that. I wonder if the upper rounding is caused by buds.

Isn't the main difference between 2 and 3 outer rounding? I do show obvious outer rounding toward the armpit. The only thing I really know is that they do not hide well.

I am close to a 4 in the breast area and almost back to a 1 for the pubic hair... OK, that is not fair since I am getting all the hair removed for surgery.

Dear Sarah:
I am very happy to hear about your breast area development, I am glad that you are getting "close" to a stage 4, congratulations for sure....   so sorry about your "nether region" hair.... now it is getting removed entirely, but do know that many women are opting for the completely shaven look down there so you may be right in style.

I was at almost a stage 4 when I went full time over 2 years ago and nowI am just about in between a stage 4 and stage 5....   some days are "fuller" than others.   
The good news about being a stage 4 or stage 5 is that cleavage will start looking right, and bras and tops designed for "women's" sizes will start fitting better and looking better..
