Yey to days off. Can write and make videos and play in the park.
This video is about what i don't think an androgyne is...namely, apersonal choice to confuse the 'normals'.
Is it my nazi side coming in, I'm not saying I don't like those people - I'm just saying that I think they are not the people I'm talking about when I say this stuff.

ROFL. Love the intro! It's like one of those little regional programs. All you need is a voice-over announcement saying something like "This ... is Pica-vision." in a James Earl Jones voice.

Thanks. Needed a pick-me-up today.

Wonderful Pica! I like the dress too  ;D

In the past various friends have asked me if I were doing this to be political. I am an activist, but that isn't why I feel the need to express my gender differently. It's simply who I am.

Pica,

You forgot to include (for us older folks) that being an androgyne isn't something you do to freak out your kids!

Are you trying to give me a coronary?

You've got a more female body than I do, cept my tits are bigger, of course.

Actually Pica, when you were facing camera directly without being able to see sideburns, you looked very female.  ;D

That was brilliant! (You certainly pull off wearing a dress better than I ever could).

You can have my tits if you want, I'm sick of them. ::)  Why can't we be like the Gethenians in The Left Hand of Darkness and be androgynous most of the time, and then choose (so-to-speak) what sex we are when it's "that time of the month"? That would be so much easier...

And that really is a wonderful accent. :)

I thought the same thing.
You pulled off that look rather well Pica, shave those sideburns and you could do it.

Now the question on everyone's mind is... Where did you get the dress?

By the way, nice video Pica, as usual we found something to focus on rather than the real topic.

Oh look, pretty colors!

Pretty colours and swirly dresses'll do it for me every time.

Anyhoo, back to businesoooooooooooooooo pretty butterfly!

Quite, quite normal... :icon_nervious:

Speaking of which - sorry, ranty unrelated tangent that I need to get out of my system - I just realized ('cause I'm smart, see :icon_hahano: :eusa_doh::P) that the last thing I wrote here, my time, was actually at about 11:00 on Thursday April 10, while the following post (sd) was last night for me. So I wrote something, and the response appears after it on the board, but for me it actually came the night before. Oh, that's confusing. I so don't get time differences. :icon_dizzy:

Anyway, yeah, sorry, pointlessness over.

As for the video, I guess I'd never really thought about it, but are there actually people who *choose* to be androgynes (and not just appear androgynous)? 'Cause I have trouble trying to imagine people voluntarily choosing to be/become something so confusing. Are there big androgyne communities (?) where you guys are? 'Cause I've never really heard of much of an androgyne movement here...

And is there a collective term for a group of androgynes? 'Cause "guys" somehow just doesn't quite fit. :P

I think some people adopt it as a way to shock and promote discussion. And people that choose androgyne (or genderqueer etc...) because of the confusion.
I don't know about communities of androgynes. I wonder how many monks and monkesses are andro?

ps
I love my sideburns too much.

ps ps
A group of androgynes... a group? :)

I think you have a feminine form too.  I thought it before I read Nero's post.  Remember, feminine forms used to be different and not movie stars and models.

Oh, we've got 'hic' country accents here too. What would be a 'hic' English accent?

Another wonderful video (that I actually watched on the other thread after the first one was over)!  I like how you keep doing things to make your video more visually interesting.  :D  First a kiwi, this time a dress...for your next video, I think the androgyne thong you had on cafe press would be appropriate. :icon_yes:

Anyhoo...keep the videos coming!  And by the way, I could see down your dress!  :icon_eyebrow:  hehe...

I'm such a perv... :'(

I am sometimes quite proud of my cleavage.
Alas, due to the fact cafe press only accept credit and not debit, I can't buy anything from my cafe press shop. Not even the thong.

Also, I have been feeling a bit girlier recently (would you have guessed?) and am actually quite enjoying the comments on my physique.

Jay: Where are you from? Cos I have a Crawley accent that has been weakened by moving. It's the marriage of london and sussex yokel.
