So I started cypro in early January and estradiol 29 days ago. Just had bloodwork done yesterday and I can see the results online. The problem is that pre HRT my estradiol levels were 128, and now the test has come back at <40. I've been a bit physically unwell the last week or so. Just a bit tired and lethargic. I'm trying to get my next appointment moved up it's in 2 weeks, but weekends and doctors don't mix (it's Friday). My mental health is fantastic, and I feel great aside from this.

Anyways has anyone got any clue what's going on? Mostly I'm concerned about why my estradiol levels dropped after I've been adding more to my system. I'm just trying to get some idea of what's going on, partly because I'm morbidly curious, partly because I'm concerned and want to know what's going on.

I'm currently on <dosage removed> cypro and <dosage removed> oral estradiol. I've not changed anything in my diet save trying to eat a bit less.

Hi Dabria, while I can't say anything about your particular numbers, in the beginning my numbers bounced up and down.  I took it as my body getting used to the medications.  Have a chat with your endocrinologist or doctor after the weekend to possibly find the answer.

Hugs, Jessica
