I'm just over a week out from surgery, and am still alternating tylenol and oxycodone every 4-6 hours.  (I can't take NSAIDs.)  About how long did you guys need to take regular pain medication after surgery?  I feel like I should be off the meds by now, since I was off within a week of other surgeries.  The discomfort of this one seems to be lasting longer, though.
