New Policy on Discrimination and Harassment Because of Sexual Orientation

The Ontario Human Rights Commission here in Ontario, Canada has just published it's new policy which can be read here:

While the code is based on sexual orientation it specifically states that the Code also prohibits discrimination because of gender identity, such as that faced by transsexual, transgendered and intersex persons.

Is that a light I see at the end of the tunnel?
