Carla68

Hi all,

moving into week 8 and I have noticed an issue with the way I walk down stairs

Basically as expected my nipples have started to hurt and I have been careful not to knock them or rub them with bath towel when drying

I work on the first floor of my building and don't believe in using a lift for that distance so always use the stairs I have noticed that I am bouncing my i'm guessing still pecs and it hurts quite a bit

should I be walking a different way or taking it slower perhaps

Will then sensitivity last long

Thanks

Carla

The sensitivity went down for me, a bit, but stairs are always gonna be fun. Sports bras are your friend

I guess I can only hope it gets less sensitive and more bouncy

Can I ask if you're wearing a bra yet?

The nipples will get less sensitive but for me the sensitivity has never gone away fully. They will always feel more. The bounce is directly correlated to how large they are. I have to wear a bra if I am going to take the stairs or the bounce is enough to be uncomfortable. Even with a bra there is still a jiggle which I have noticed the men seem to enjoy which I enjoy so  ;D.

I changed the way I go down stairs.  I used to trot.  Once my boobs started jiggling, I learned to glide.  Wearing a bra helps, too.

Carla68, you have probably reached the point of needing some type of bra to protect your nipples and control the bounce when going up/down stairs.  A sports bra is a good way to go.

^^ This!

I do not use stairs the way I used to.

Yes, they get more bouncy, and at some point you need a bra, because the bouncing can hurt.  Concerning the nipple hurting, get ready for a long run, mine are hurting for about 4 years now!

I used to get it awful in the beginning on the forklift at my old work.
Especially when I needed to bring em around the building on the rough ground D:

Hi Megan

That's where it gets complicated, I am still going to work male at the moment I work in a very male environment

I am a contractor and I am just hanging in there for a new six month contract (which is also a bit dependent on the ->-bleeped-<-storm that is Brexit) before I ask my boss to switch.

I wear a white shirt and tie to work every day except casual Friday (which I hate) as it helps the dysphoria but i'm guessing a bra will be seen and at some point the breasts

I have quite a lot of chest muscle which I guess will change to fat although seems as if left one is shrinking at moment

I knew there would be some sensitivity but didn't realise could be for such a long time

Oh well it will be worth it

The problem is, they are hurting so bad that it is not even fun to play with them a little!

They don't hurt for me like that. Playing with them feels quite good.

Me too. I'm two months in, my breasts aren't agonizingly sore untouched (more dull ache), but they definitely do not like to rubbed right now. It's still like rubbing a bad bruise - nope, ain't gonna do that.

My biggest problem with bouncy breasts so far...golf cart going over a speed bump. Ow! No shock absorbers in those golf carts!

I assume you don't grow the girls anymore?

I don't know if you just think like they do, but I have the feeling that they hurt extra bad about an hour or so after I took one of my two daily estrogen pills (sublingual)!

I don't think mine are still growing but since losing weight I'm down to a 26 band and wear a 26D so I'm good.

Taking the pills has never made my nipples hurt directly after taking them. The sensitivity was pretty much exactly what my sisters went through during puberty.
