I am not really overweight for a guy, i have pretty good proportions for a guy, just an ever so tiny belly, and some love handles.
The problem is, I am not a guy! And I do not have a waist! The only way I know to eliminate those love handles is to hunger them out! But how do you know if you are loosing weight, when estrogen is putting some extra pounds into your boobs and your butt?
I started out on a slightly modified version of the Atkins died. Modified because I am diabetic, and I need some carbs to not get into low sugar situations. I get those carbs by eating lots of berries with every carb free meal.
I lost a few pounds so far, but again, I know that my butt gained some, and my breasts are also still growing (measured by the hurt indicator). What I can see is that I get something that could resemble a waist in the future if the Gods are with me.
It looks as I am loosing some weight, while putting some on at the same time. It is darn hard to be a very old teenager, but what can I do?
