An Alpha Woman:

She is a talented woman, highly motivated, who trusts in herself and who is not limited by her sex; First, she defines herself as a person and then as a woman.

An Beta Woman:

A beta woman would be a submissive woman, follower, sensitive, shy, and depressive

Soooo, what are you?

I'm like an Alpha Woman because i always felt like i can start groups in real life and things like that, so XOXO :*

I fit nicely into above, and would add I like to remain sensitive, nurturing, and caring.

Quiet alpha by these definitions anyway.

I am limited merely by my own abilities and knowledge.  I tend to keep to myself, but if you cross me you're likely to get an earful.

I am definitely an alpha person, but i have beta elements in me, too.

It is hard to nail the character of a human person down with two sentences!

Sorry to be a party pooper here, but as a psychology major in college, I don't like these simplistic black or white categories. I think you're capturing something like "extroverted" and "introverted" in the alpha vs. beta differentiation but your descriptions also incorporate other aspects of personality that aren't really correlated with each other. Personalities are more complex than this. For instance, just because someone is "sensitive" or a "follower" doesn't mean they're "depressive." And alphas are defined as "talented" but does mean betas aren't talented? People have lots of different talents, even the quiet ones. And the reality is that most people don't fit into a "this vs. that" box.

I count as beta mostly with a strong alpha part. It is hard to describe. How about both.

I am more of an introvert, but I am not shy and can talk to just about anyone. I loved giving speeches when in college and when working in groups.

I'm not sure how to answer this question. I have a lot of the alpha traits but I also tend to be submissive with men , I was raised to be that way, and I can be shy at times. So I guess I'm a mix of both. How about adding Delta for those of us that have both alpha and beta tendencies. Or maybe Alphetta. 😂

I don't simply fit into one category or the other. However, I would say I'm something like 70% Beta, 30% Alpha.

As an alpha female, I choose to be submissive with my husband when it suits me.

I can't see myself in either category. Labels are rarely all encompassing. I do prefer to be seen as a person first and foremost.
At what point did my life go Looney Tunes? How did it happen? Who's to blame?... Batman, that's who. Batman! It's always been Batman! Ruining my life, spoiling my fun! >:-)

This really depends on whom I am with and/or what I am doing.

At my work, I am definitely in command of my thoughts and my actions, that is what is expected of me from my clients and based on the type of work that I do.

When I am with my good friends, I can be quite competitive but also I can be a group member that goes along with the majority.

As a woman back when I was navigating all of my romantic endeavors and now with my Tooth-Fairy, when I am with her, my heart is fluttering and I am usually quite submissive.
