"The University of New Hampshire is marking Earth Day from April 18-27. Hospitality management students in UNH's Whittemore School of Business and Economics will launch Earth Week festivities April 18 and 19 with Green Cuisine, a gourmet dinner featuring locally and sustainably grown and harvested food from around New England."
