Thank you.

My mother did the dreaded believe me and your dad we are your parents we will never lie to you or keep anything from you thing. I hate that when they do that because if she does that all my red flags go off.

My fiance is also starting to say I am just looking for things now.

After he found out my mom say there was nothing wrong with me. Although he said himself I feel strange.

I guess I am going to have to leave it until I get a job and can pay for it myself.

I tried to figure this out myself but I know nothing about this types of things if I sit on my haunches and I feel I have like a thick tube that comes up in the shape of a vagina and gets wider the further up I go. I might be loony and imagine this and it might just be the form of my prostate and bladder that is creating and deceiving me into thinking it is female.

My rectum literally wraps around this structure as if someone is wrapping latex around a potato when I sit on my  haunches. I can literally but my fingers on the sides of it like it makes grooves.
Neither your fiance nor you know what you are looking for and how an average individual should feel down there.
I made my living as a medical professional, but I never felt inside the rectum of any human, and would not know what I am supposed to feel there, to determine it is right or wrong!
You need either an urologist or a gynecologist to take a look down there, and if required, use ultrasound to see more of whats going on.

BPH is not cancer.  It's an entirely different thing that affects most men as they get older.  Check the link I posted earlier.

Yes, I understand that BPH is not cancer but my experience was that the doctors diagnosed bph when it really was cancer (not BPH).  Before the doctors do a TURP insist they do a biopsy first.  A growing prostate "might" be BPH or it might be cancer.  There is only one was to know for sure.  *And if they did a TURP on a prostate full of cancer you would almost certainly have cancer spread all around from the area they a trying to gouge out a better urethera.

The other advice I would suggest is this.  The Patient has to push push push to get them to do something.  I know doctors are stretched thin and all but this is your life.  For the folks with free national health care you probably have to push (and scream bloody murder) to get a doctor.

Over the time of my adult life, I had 4 biopsies of my prostate done.  I pray on my knees that I never ever need this to be done again (PSA level was  1.0 ng/mL)!  It is no fun that is for sure!  But it is the only reliable way to determine if a prostate is cancerous or not.

First line of defense is palpating the prostate, if that seems to be critical, a PSA test is next in line (anything above  4.0 ng/mL is critical), and after that the biopsy should be done.

I guess this will remain undiagnosed. Even if it is a prostate problem.

If I get a job one day I will look into it and some of the discomfort I am having.
But yeah my fiance looks after me and asking him for anything is always a problem.

Sometimes when there is something wrong I don't even ask like the cyst in my testicle. I just keep moving forward and leave it.

Our public health care is the worst in the world. So cant go there.

I was told to leave it even if I have discomfort down there. He say if I dont pee blood I am fine then there is no
Problem and I am not peeing blood.

So if it is prostate problems and I die I die I will rather die than get criticized by him.

He critisized me so badly about asking my mom if I am intersex and even bringing it up I lost interest in finding out.

I told him I left the idea and that I am crazy for even thinking it and he was like, thank God you eventually came to your senses.

I don't know where you live, but you are no owned by your fiance!  If he wants to have a healthy woman sharing his side, he'd better make sure that her probl;ems are taken care of.  A cyst on a testicle is nothing to take easy, that what you feel is a cyst, may be cancer, how would you know.  Testes have noting to do with blood in your urine!
He should learn a little about the reproductive system and the urinary tract!

I think the most horrible public health care system is better than doing noting at all!  You should have a urologist to take a look at you, it is very important.  And if your fiance has a different opinion, give him a kick into the balls and tell him to take a hike!  He is not good for you as a finance, I bet you can do better than him!

The doctor felt it and said it is a cyst. When it comes to him I am not going to comment more on it but I did convince him now to go too the doctor for my discomfort at the bottom.

He inspected down there and I have two wite lines on my scrotum that runs up. When I was little I got taken for ultrasound checkups I was always told it is because I have a hirnia on my abdomen. I cant remembered having a big hirni

I am just speculating at this stage. My raphe on my scrotum also dont look the same as my anus it is sort of wher3 the marks begin it ends ans down at my anus it does not look like the male one on Wikipedia but the femamale one it is very prominent.

At this stage I feel a bit loony it feels like I am looking for things.

I am just going to go too a doctor to hear if this is standard what the white lines is and all.

But if I can find out I am intersex and they chose for me to be a boy. If they knew then about it and didn't tell me.

I'm not a urologist but from what I've read its not so much a number with psa results its a sudden rise in the value.  So if your PSA is 4 and every year its 4 that should give you some concern but if its going 1, 2, 3, 4 *tests being done regularly.  Then I would be much more concerned.  One other thing to consider is that fast rising PSA maybe another indication.  That being that if it is cancer its not the slow growing type.  The one we keep hearing about that is supposed to not be a problem because you will "Probably die from something else before the cancer kills you"  Which btw I think is maybe the stupidest reason to ignore cancer that I've ever heard.  SIGH...

And I want to echo the point about seeing a urologist and having a yearly physical. If you are m2f you don't have the typical male excuse!  :D

LOL at this stage we are a bit tight on money so I will hang in there till the money gets a bit better.

I don't think I will die in the next month from it it is just a bit uncomfortable.

Kind regards

No, you ill not die from it, but if it is cancer, it could become bone cancer.  Most people, who have it, don't die fast on bone cancer, but it cannot be cured.  The longest  known survival rates are around 11 to 12 years, which means, a slow and long painful death!
Your health should be the most important thing that can be done with the available money!  There should be no other issue that is more pressing!

I will go too the doctor when we have money I guess I won't die from it in a month or two.

The only question I have how do I really tell if my mom is lying to me because she is not convincing me.

When I ask a yes or no question she responds with a story.

If I tell her I want a yes or a no

She responds with I am your mother I will never lie to you and more.

There is more that I can state.

It just gives off red flags for me because she is making it about her.

I asked her "was I born intersex?"

There was no short answer of "no, you where not born intersex".

Rather "I had a beautiful healthy baby boy there was nothing wrong with my baby. Nothing was done at the bottom. I bathed my baby and fed my baby.Me as mother would know if there was something done"

Mom I asked a question about me!

"If you don't believe me go and ask the doctor and the hospital."

I guess if I can be intersex I must get evidence and just leave it there.

For the case that you were surgically altered as a baby, any physician should be able to detect scaring in the areas associated with this, and it should be possible for a physician to contact the hospital or the surgeon to get details on such a surgery.
If there is no tell telling scaring in your neither areas, some versions of DNA testing may show some irregularities, or better the not cheap Karyotype test would should unnormales with your chromosomes.  The most accurate, but rather expensive test would be genome analysis (both, Karyotype and genome analysis was done for me).

You can look into the typical syndromes of this listing, to get an idea on the different versions of intersex syndromes!

So I went to the doctor and he looked from above and said there is no mark. :embarrassed:

He wasn't really interested in the topic. I managed to get myself bronchitis also the last week.

I told him I feel different inside and about my pain in my tummy that felt like period pains.

He tried to jam a glove without lube up there and I told him to leave it.

He felt I have a bump on my pelvic floor and he is scared it is a infection starting.

Well he gave me some antibiotics.
The funny thing is my one testicle is small but the other one is bigger and tender if you touch it he asked me if it hurt. It only hurts when you squeeze it.

How can my one be bigger on hrt I thought they shrink except if it can be an ovotestis. The other one has a cyst on it.

We are planning on getting the cyst removed. At this stage they don't say it will cause problems.

Well today after 7 days the pain and discomfort just stopped.

I am not sure if it is the antibiotics or what.

I am pretty sure that the antibiotics worked.  You should continue to take care of your health, and have the cyst removed (or better, the testes), and have to monitor that possible infection by your pelvic floor!

You suffered the entire time, and could have been helped rather easy, as you see.
Going to a doctor is not part of entertainment, it is part of keeping our bodies healthy!
