My Bestie @SassyCassie and I will be in London for two nights at the end of the month, and would love to meet up with any and all Susans denizens when we're there. I'm talking to you, @Megan., @davina61, @emma-f, or anyone else in the greater London area who'd like to come.

We're looking at early evening on Friday, May 31st. We'll be staying in AirBNBs near Camden Town and Regent's Park, and won't be able to stay out too late, since we have an early train to Amsterdam to catch the next morning.

Suggestions on where to meet, and RSVPs from those who'd like to share dinner, conversation, and hugs, are most appreciated!

Great, that's three of us so far. We chose Camden due to it's proximity to King's Cross, and the possibility of going corset shopping. [emoji16]

We're hoping to have an interesting train ride if we can find Platform 9 3/4. We took a picture at Universal Studies a few weeks ago that we hope to duplicate with the real thing...

That sounds interesting! Lots of nice currys around there!

I might be able to make it depending on

a) Whether I have my daughter that weekend
b) What I'm doing for the Champions League final the next day
c) Where I'm working on the 31st (I'm a self employed barrister so I could be in London. Or Newcastle. Anyone's guess at this stage!)

If I can - awesome.

If not I'm sure you'll have a great time. And the London Kings Cross is nearly as good as the Universal one. Maybe. Ish.

It would be awesome. I hope it works out. As for King's Cross, the one at Universal does have Platform 9 3/4. I assume the real one only has a lot of blood stains on the wall where it should be.

Cant make it, no ££££s and holidays booked at work by others 

Okay British sisters (and brothers, of course!), all the tickets and reservations are in place, and @sassycassie and I leave next Wednesday for the UK. We'll be arriving waaay too early on May 30th, and expect to be out causing a ruckus (or a brouhaha, or just general chaos) in the greater London area by about noon. We don't have definite plans yet on where we're going or what we're doing, but the one thing we'd like to nail down is our meetup.

It sounds like we'll be meeting at an Indian restaurant for curry on the evening of May 31st, in the general area of Camden town. @Megan. is leading on this (I hope). I'd like to keep it fairly early, since we have an early train to Amsterdam to catch the next morning.

Soo... Megan, when is a good time for you? If you're taking the train in, you may need the most time to get there. And do you have a particular restaurant in mind? If we need reservations we should get that set up as soon as we get into town.
