After swimming underneath the shower this morning I discussed with the woman next to me about what wearing to prefer during stroke swimming a sports-bikini or bathing suit.

Hi Gwendoline

I swim competitively in masters swimming and you mentioned the following

Depending on the pool I train at, I see both sports-bikini (two piece) and bathing suit (one piece), however I see more of the bathing suit than the sports bikini, when women are swimming laps.

I have to get out of the mentality of one piece bathing suit.  I do like the sports bikini.  Maybe, just maybe I will get some for doing a few easy laps in.  For serious swimming training one piece bathing suit, is the way to go, at least for me that is.

A tip for your swimming, 3 strokes breathe, 3 strokes breathe the other side.

Best wishes and hugs
