have you ever done that thing where you wanna see a part of a show or video again so you rewind, but then miss it again because you stop paying attention again right before the part you're trying to see again?
i just did that like 3 times

this is like my whole life in micro-chasm.... i have to record all my meetings for this exact reasons.

It kinda felt pathetic at first, but it really is quite effective. Combine it with a speech to text software and it works quite swell!

Audio books can be enjoyable to listen to and for myself less taxing then physically reading through a book these days. Hugs
