Just wondering what's the best place or brand when it comes to buying breast forms or breast plates, hip/butt pads/girdles, and other silicone products?

I got mine from The Breastform Store. I bought several breast forms from them over the years. They carry a range of breast forms, breast plates, thigh and butt pads for all types of budget.

I really love their Divine Collection line of products because they are self-adhering and have a pretty realistic looks and feel. However, I also have to warn you that that line also has a pretty steep price point.

Hope that helps,

Over the years I have purchased quite a few from Amazon. There is a wide variety of styles and sizes to choose from. I found that the silicone type makes me sweat underneath, and the bigger you go the heavier they are. So a good supportive bra is important.

I also found that many breast forms are designed for people with little or nothing on top. They are almost flat on the backside. Once I started developing, the forms no longer fit comfortably. Trying to find forms with a concave back is more difficult and as Heidimarie pointed out, more pricey. Now, if I want a little extra boost, I use the "Chicken Fillets" forms at the bottom of the cups to push the girls up. Sweating is still an issue (they are silicone) but is minimized because they do not cover the entire breast.

Thank you for the advice. I have been searching online and on Amazon. My biggest issue is that most of these breast plates I prob won't fit into, same with the silicone thigh/butt enhancers if they are a 1 piece silicone short style enhancer.

I'd like to try a breast plate but I feel they're unrealistic and one would get more use out of breast forms that are individual of one another.

That's what I got was individual breast forms. The ones that fit the best have a concave back and are sort of triangular and designed to be worn while swimming. They were expensive though, designed for women who have had mastectomies. What I did was buy different sizes to figure out what size I liked, then spend money on the expensive one in that size.

The cheaper route is to do the "rice test". Use rice to fill a sock or nylon stocking. Start with 250 mL of rice on each side. Put them in your bra and wear them for a while. Not big enough, add another 250 mL. Each 250 is approximately one bra cup size. When you have the size you like (how it looks), wear them for as long as possible. You may decide that they are too big. Keep adjusting until you know exactly what you are looking for. Then you will know what size forms to buy.

This was suggested to me by a plastic surgeon because implants are also measured in mL. So if you decide at some point to get breast implants, you can tell the surgeon how much rice you used. And rice is cheaper.  ;D

Yes I have heard about the rice test. Just have not tried it yet.

I have ordered individual breast forms from Amazon, the cheap ones. Trying to see what size/shape looks proportionally right for my size chest and shoulders. So far I have tried c, d, and DD and I think I'd be happy with the c cup in terns of how much more my chest sticks out, but size wise and in how tall and wide they are too small for my frame.

I have a feeling that I will need giant ones just so the look proportional to my chest and shoulder width, unless I am really able to drop a considerable amount of muscle and size.
