We're considering a vacation at Beloved (https://www.belovedhotels.com/cancun/beloved-playa-mujeres/) but have never a) been to Cancun and b) never stayed at an Excellence property.

Curious if anyone has experience with either or both of those — or even if someone has specifically visited Beloved?

All reviews and everything look really great, but we'd love to amass some first hand accounts before we pull the trigger!
