It has been extremely here in the southeast.  When I went outside this morning to go to work, I felt just a tiny chill in the air.  It has been a beautiful and comfortable day, and I have enjoyed being out most of the day.  It is way to early for Fall weather here, and I know it will be back in the high 90's next week.  Just the promise of Fall, was a delight and filled me with hope.

Met 3 of my students yesterday, went good. I was there finishing things up arraigning things up and they came in to see where their locker is, all 3 are good kids. One is in my first period math class and the other 2 are in my 4th period math class. One of the students, I saw they were concerned about something and talked to them. I start next week Tuesday, know what I am going to wear already.

Bronchitis cleared up ( for good I hope) after a week of foul tasting steroids & antibiotics.
Electricity bill coming down at the end of the month as I've been in credit.
I've actually lost weight for once

I have been vacationing and today is the last day away from the usual ongoing responsibilities, trying to recover from vacation, crazy as that sounds!   Do I need a vacation to recover from the actual vacation?  Maybe just from being away from home and traveling.

I am grateful for being able to get away and chill out.

I had a two-month vacation once. It was nice, but I have learned that after two weeks I am ready to get back to my usual routine. It's nice to get away and unwind, but too much unwinding leaves me unraveled.  ;D
