I have great nieces and nephews that proudly call me Aunt Nikki. They love and accept me for who I am and they learned about me well. Also taught well by my brothers well that I am like any normal person in life called love, not judge. I told them my story that I struggled in my life before I came out and transitioned to become the true self I saw myself as. Told them it was tough and I bottled it up too long making it worse. They learned a valuable lesson not to struggle in life and bottle things up in life from me. I have shown them my photobook of my transition years as well and they seen things can turn good seeing I became much happier in life during my transition. They say I am one cool aunt to this day

It is nice to have acceptance.  That sounds like a good situation!

That's awesome!  My experience with my niece and nephew has been like yours, and it feels pretty good.  My niece has come out as nonbinary.  My brother came to me for advise when she finally told him, and I believe being able to explain to my brother about how I knew I wanted to be female since being four years old has helped him take her more seriously instead of saying that "you're just a kid and don't know any better" nonsense so many children have to unfortunately hear.  Congratulations on being the cool aunt! 

It's so happy to have such nephews, you're so lucky.
