Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene repeatedly misgendered Delaware state Senator Sarah McBride, a trans woman, in a video clip that has circulated online.

On Monday, Greene was asked by a reporter for comment on fellow Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace's resolution which seeks to ban transgender women from using women's bathrooms at the U.S. Capitol. The proposal comes ahead of McBride's arrival in Washington, D.C., where she will make history as the first openly transgender member of Congress.

A video of the interview with Pablo Manríquez shared on X, formerly Twitter, sees the Georgia Republican refer to McBride as "a man," and "he" multiple times.

In the video, Greene was asked by Manríquez if she would support Mace's resolution.

Greene replied, "I support a resolution that keeps all biological men out of women's bathrooms, locker rooms, and private places. Not only here in the Capitol complex, our office buildings, but all taxpayer-funded facilities."

Greene was then asked how one would "check if someone is qualified to use the ladies' restroom? Obviously there's a new transgender member of Congress."

"Which is a man," said Greene. "He's a man. He's a biological male. So he is not allowed to use our women's restrooms, our women's gym, our locker rooms and spaces that are specified for women.

It has been said that generally the best way to 'win' is the method of 'tit for tat'.

The "tit for tat" strategy responding to actions with equivalent reactions originates from game theory and is often considered an effective approach in repeated interactions, particularly in resolving conflicts or establishing cooperation.  Its effectiveness was famously demonstrated in Robert Axelrod's tournaments on the Prisoner's Dilemma.

So with the above in mind Sarah McBride (D-DE) should use male pronouns He/Him for MTG and address MTG as Markus Terrance Greene (R-GA)

If members of congress address Sarah McBride with dead name.  Another way to handle the situation is to simply ignore them.
