I made tacos. Will have the leftovers tonight. I use the hard shells, ground turkey, sliced olives, chopped onion, tomato shredded cheese and lettuce in mine.

Friday my sweetie and I had a seafood and steak dinner.  She had a NY strip steak and I enjoyed a ribeye with a lobster tail.  Then we went to her place and talked some more.  She was tired though and she decided to get to sleep early.  We did not get to enjoy a dessert there but we had plenty of good food already.  It was a nice evening.

I have not developed a taste for Mexican rice.  Is it different than Spanish rice?

This Sunday evening I had some lemon cake.  Then some chicken nuggets.  Then another piece of lemon cake.

Need to walk tomorrow after work after all of that, or do some workout at the gym.

Salmon with cauliflower stilton cheese sauce and green beans, tonight its 2 Aberdeen Angus burgers. Might be some cheese involved and some air fryer chips!!

I have never had salmon with cheese.  I have had a fish sandwich that had cheese on the fish.
