A peaceful day at work,no issues with my students for once this week in my classes.the rest, sent a couple of them a day to the principal's office for disrupting class and one pulled a female student's hair also cussing me out.

Being able to  walk without  getting  out of breath  and climb stairs. No longer need  the dry powder  inhaler which gave me a sore throat  and  speed freak palpitations.

Waking up.

My relationship with my son has been better lately. We have not been speaking for a long time until in November. He has learned that I live a happy life now as my true self now is one thing. I am the same person as well with a better life. We have buried the hatchet putting the past behind us.We spent time together today, his 28th birthday and did get him a card. My ex was with us too, she took a picture of us together. She is glad he has come to terms about everything too and calls me Nikki now

I love this. I hope my experience with my son and his mother turns out like yours in the future. My son just turned 10 last October. I'm happy for you.

He has come to terms the unhappy me that I was before is dead and gone for good and not suffering anymore as my true self. My ex came to terms on me coming out and she supported me through my transition, she sees me much happier to this day. We are good friends to this day

Seeing a co worker of mine much happier and she has support from me helping her out. She came out in October as transgender and asked me for advice. Did decide to transition and has been on the HRT since November. Also has her family for support, they known she was holding this in for a long time in her life seeing she has been unhappy in her life before. Plus her family is glad I am helping her out and have met them

What made me happy today?  One word "myself". Right now, more than ever in my life I need to be happy with myself. The specific conditions today in my life is that I need to practice my words "no one can take happiness away. It is something I possess and it is only my decision if I give it up." Now I need to hold onto those words.

That is wise.

Many people do not understand that we can choose to be happy, even when confronted with disappointments and conflicts. It isn't always easy, but it is a choice.

Visit to my hairdressers  for a trim.  Managed 1.8 miles walk round the  town centre  then pizza for tea.  A good day
