Wednesday I ate peas, green beans, and mashed potatoes for my evening meal.
Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Thursday I had some chicken tenders, cooked in my air fryer, along with some fries cooked the same way (using a fresh sliced potato.)

Still eating chicken and veg curry, last of it tonight. Bought some pork shoulder, will cut it into cubes for pork and mushroom curry and what is left over will get roasted.

The oven is hot so I am baking some cookies to get some double duty from warming my oven.
Potato for lunch, now these cookies.

I thought of doing that to warm up my apartment, but it is an electric oven. My electric bill is high enough so I'll pass for now.

Maybe you can use a space heater.  Those are electric though.

I have a small portable bathroom heater. Yep. Electric, just like my heating pad and electric blanket. If it gets too cold, I will fire up the propane space heater. It works very well and is made for indoor use. (Many are not safe due to carbon monoxide.) I have used it in my camper and my tent both times that I was homeless, so I know it works well. I just don't want to use my propane if I don't need to.
